RETURN POLICY – PetVisit

At PetVisit, we strive to ensure that every customer receives products in perfect condition. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted.

1. GENERAL

a. This Return Policy applies to purchases made through www.petvisit.in
.
b. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
c. We encourage customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery and report any issues.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

a. Damaged Products

If the product is damaged during delivery, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.

b. Incorrect Product Received

Returns are accepted if you receive a different product than what you ordered.

c. Incomplete Order

If any item is missing from the package, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following products are NOT eligible for return:

Pet cakes

Pet food

Opened pet treats

Perishable goods

Customized products

Any item not in its original condition

Products reported after 3 days of delivery

4. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Raise a Return Request

Email us at petvisit.vizag@gmail.com
with the following details:

Order ID

Name & phone number

Issue description

Photos/videos (mandatory for damage claims)

Step 2: Verification

Our team will verify the issue within 48 hours.

Step 3: Return Approval

If approved, instructions for pickup or return shipping will be provided.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement

Based on your eligibility:

Refund (within 7 days after verification)

Replacement (based on stock availability)

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

a. If the return is due to:
✔️ Damaged product
✔️ Wrong item delivered
✔️ Missing items
➡️ PetVisit will bear the return shipping cost.

b. If the customer ordered the wrong product:
➡️ Return is not accepted, as per our Refund Policy.

6. IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

Product must be unused and in original packaging (except damaged items).

All accessories, freebies, manuals, and tags should be intact.

Pet cakes and food products cannot be returned unless they were damaged on arrival.

Any claim submitted after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.

7. CANCELLATION

Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
