REFUND POLICY – PetVisit

Policy Date: 27 November 2025

At PetVisit, we aim to deliver the highest quality pet cakes, pet food, and pet products. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. GENERAL

a. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from www.petvisit.in
.
b. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
c. Refunds are approved only in specific, verified cases as listed below.
d. We do not offer refunds for reasons outside the conditions mentioned in this policy.

2. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REFUND

Refunds are issued only under the following situations:

a. Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, and the damage is verified by our team through photos/videos provided by the customer.

b. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

c. Missing Items

If parts of your order are missing and verified by our support team.

d. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you cancel the order before it is packed or shipped.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

Pet cakes (perishable goods)

Pet food items once delivered

Customized or made-to-order items

Refund request raised after 3 days of delivery

Incorrect product ordered by the customer

Products returned without verification

Products opened or used by the customer

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, festivals, or uncontrollable events

4. TIME LIMIT FOR REFUND REQUEST

Refund requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Requests beyond 3 days will not be eligible.

5. REFUND PROCESS
Step 1 — Submit a Request

Send an email to petvisit.vizag@gmail.com
containing:

Name

Order ID

Mobile number

Description of the issue

Photos/videos of the product (mandatory for damage claims)

Step 2 — Verification

Our support team will verify the claim within 48 hours.

Step 3 — Approval or Rejection

If the claim is validated, a refund will be approved.
If invalid, the customer will be informed with reasons.

Step 4 — Refund Issuance

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund will be issued through:

Original payment method, or

Bank transfer (if required)

6. REFUND FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

Refund is issued only after:
✔️ Damage is verified
✔️ Photos/videos are submitted
✔️ Product is unused and reported within 3 days

7. SHIPPING CHARGES

If PetVisit is at fault → Shipping charges are refunded.

If customer ordered wrong product → No refund of shipping charges.

8. NO REFUND POLICY FOR DELIVERED GOODS

Once products are delivered in good condition, no refund is provided unless:
✔️ Damage is verified
✔️ Wrong product delivered
✔️ Missing items confirmed
